Barbara Chandler is the Founder and Host of Our Seat Our Table (OSOT) Leadership Lounge, an informative and engaging community-led media platform that amplifies the voices of grassroots organizations, small business owners, historic Black communities, and creative influencers throughout Central Florida.

OSOT premiered in 2020 during the pandemic and a period of national civil unrest, created as a platform to highlight community leadership, celebrate resilience, and connect people with organizations making a meaningful impact. What began as a response to an unprecedented moment has grown into a trusted resource for discovering the people, programs, and businesses strengthening historically marginalized communities.

Through authentic conversations and powerful storytelling, OSOT shines a light on grassroots initiatives, cultural preservation, economic empowerment, and the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses. Each episode introduces viewers to the changemakers who are leading the charge and building a stronger, more connected Florida.
