Bridget Monroe is an advocate and educator for our aging population.

Barbara has invested 10 years as the cultural arts manager and educator for Winter Park’s Hannibal Square Heritage Center--which pays tribute to the past, present, and future contributions of Winter Park’s historic African American community. 

She is a highly esteemed leader with a long-standing and robust presence in Winter Park and within the Central Florida not-for-profit and arts community

She is revered for her intense work ethic and acumen for intentional people-to-people engagement with over 22 years of experience in non-profit work, community-building, fundraising, and operations and project management.

Barbara is certified by The University of South Florida to advocate and consult for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in the workplace.
